My favourite punch is when I have mounted them and proceed to beat their face into the floor. My favourite kick would be when I stand-up afterwards and soccer kick them in the head to make sure they aren't getting back up!

Finally, someone who appreciates the value of a stiff hammerfist!

I love that strike. It is especially effective if you can seize a limb (any limb, surprisingly )

After that would have to be the palm heel.

My favorite kick is the pendulum kick to the groin (O'ou Tek).

Going from a standing armbar to a hammer fist is nice. Sometimes I pendulum kick in then smash a palm into their chin (for whiplash).

Huge amounts of power can be generated with a hammerfist . . .

The hammerfist is very versatile and protects the hand from getting injured easily.

I enjoy shovel hooks and hammerfists.

Kicking would be thai teep and cut kicks.
