The Great Masters/ are they all short?

Has anyone but me noticed how all the great martial arts masters are little. I mean, they are all below 5'10", most several inches shorter. Could this be because the bigger student has no need for good form? My cousin is 6'7" and he was always very tough, but his form is poor. Does this mean his students will have poor form? I wish to hear some opinions about this, I truly am curious.

You may be on to something. Most of the time in combat sports the guys in smaller weight classes will have greater skill then big guys.

As for your friend, knowing how to do something, and knowing how to teach something can be different. But most likely his students will have poor form as well.
