Thought id say Hi

Hi Just logged in and im about to look about.
Ive studied mainly traditional Arts Ie Karate, Judo. The last art i practised was a style called Sun Kune Do, Anyone heard of it.?
Anyway ive been out for about 5 Months with a dislocated elbow.
