How do you connect a picture to a thread?

I wanted to post a picture of my new logo to get some feedback on it. Does anyone know how to do it?

1) The image has to uploaded to the net (webpage).

2) Check out the FAQ at this site and it'll walk you through the process (tags, etc.)
