hEy guys.
Ok i have a few queries... with normal push ups i can usually do about 2 sets of 30......or 1 set of 50.
But when i try knuckle ones i can do like 2???? i think i have a worng technique or i totally suck..... SO any advice or help here would be thanked upon -
