I've thought about building an armbar dummy to practice armbar drills on. I don't mean a grappling dummy, because I already tried that and it didn't turn out so well. This machine would be just the upper body and would have bungee cords for resistance and to put the arms back into position for drilling. Dunno if it would work or not. It's gotta be easier than making a grappling dummy.

choke, I must start by saying i love your name!!!
As usual feels abit like i'm talking to myself !
But there is a very good drill you can do at home, and it does include using a type of dummy. THE WIFE.
I've said it before and i'll say it again, nothing beats it !
why bother going and travelling miles to a class 5 days/week, when they are always there, just in the next room(kitchen) !
Food for thought !
