Let me tell you that the stuff is really very good!
I can't remember the names but there are two kinds of Capoiera..its like Angola and another one. But one kind is very showy with all the stuff you saw on the movie only the strong. The other one is very street. and man it works!
They fight from what they call..negativa, which is basically the position that you are in when you do the gracie ground kick and stand up thing..in fact, that move is actually capoiera. Not suprising considering the gracies are from brazil.
But they have a hell of a lot more than ju that from the negativa position. They have good hard leg kicks, great sweeps and actual practical head kicks..even takedowns.
It is a very good art to mix with BJJ. I highly reccomend that you check it out if you can.
