has anyone read the interview with baroni on ufc.com????????? he ran his mouth a whole lot about mr. shamrock. that would be a good fight!!!!!!! i believe frank would have a little ring rust and baroni could possibly give him a run for his money but frank is very talented i would love to see that!!!!!!!!

Some guys are contenders and some guys are pretenders.Phil Baroni is a pretender. He relies on his wrestling skills and brute force, in wich you have seen will only take you to a certain level. His stand up is telegraphed. So when he finally meets a good stand up fighter you will see him lose again. No doubt hes a tough MF but i would tell him to his face hes nothing but a pretender. baroni may like to take it to the ground and may depend on brute force,but i've seen him use some poor saps head as a speed bag in one of the ufc's HE DOES need more reputable wins under his belt.someone once told me woopin all the scrubs only makes you king of em... regardless if he fights a good stand up fighter or not if they can't stop his ground game then stand up fighting will be worthless. Frank shamrock is a hard ass but i still say baroni would give him a run for his money
