Joe is the second best contributor around here.

              From me. Number 1.

Not all, but some people DON"T KNOW that in martial arts theres more than just learning techniques. You have to be able to modify and adjust them to make them work. Thats why SO MANY people say so many martial arts don't work.

Its a given that some arts are stronger than others but I can draw from any art. That dosen't mean I will draw from any and all arts, just that I can see past the chambered punches and sort and incorporate the mechanics of what works and use it if I want it.

For the most part, I don't see much real world experience behind the responses here, and a lot of crappy defense that you can learn on any major cities street corner and a need to think they are talking about martial arts and are always right!

I know this is not a traditional martial art site. But we only have 2 arms and 2 legs and the last time I checked there are NO new techniques. If someone hasn't seen a technique and thinks they are creating it, they are dead wrong. Man has fought all through HISTORY and its all been done in REAL COMBAT somewhere in time! And that HISTORY is the foundation of REAL MARTIAL ARTS! If we don't use these arts as our BASE, we have nothing!

TAKE IT FOR WHAT IT IS, THE TRUTH!

Chris Cain's jazz-tinged, blues-soaked guitar, and deep, warm vocals have the maturity and authenticity of bluesmen many years his senior. His expressive style is the result of a lifetime of study and the relentless pursuit of music mastery. His passion and intensity are a blend of his mother's Greek ancestry and his father's soulful black heritage.
