Because they can fight for hours without getting injured. They can punch through brick walls. They are the greatest fighters that mankind has seen in its entire history. They will continue being the greatest fighters in the world even when they age to 80+. They plan on being in the best shapes of their lives even after they turn 150 years old. Yes! They are so great that they will live to the age of 200.

But seriously, maybe you are mistaking arrogance for the fact that it's only human nature to think that you are great after you practiced fighting every week for several years. Who knows.
