You would do better spending your time at practice than trying to learn a completely new art at the same time. I would not recommend BJJ. Submissions aren't allowed in wresling, and you don't want to be on your back either. Judo would be ok if you had the time.

Hahaha... Ryan can be a funny guy when he wants to.

              Ramus,
I suggest you listen to Ryan though... I was in wrestling and the best thing you can do for yourself is DRILL, DRILL and DRILL in wrestling concepts and techniques... It also doesn't hurt to lift weights.

To a high-school freestyle wrestler I might recommend to look into the Greco-Roman stuff that they do in the AAU.

I think the other guys didn't totally understand your question. Maybe I don't either.

You want to know of a martial art that could improve you in wrestling?

It's not gonna be BJJ. Forget that.

I would try Judo but even they try to make you develope habits that are terrible in wrestling. You'll get used to grabbing gis. Also Judo is all about throws. The actual standup wrestling involved in Judo aint that good. But if you just want to spend more time on the mat, there are lots of Judo clubs that will let you work with them for little or nothing.
