I have the same problem, and have found that when I can leave strait away for training or better still go from work to training without having to wait, there is no problem, it's the wait that seems to take the "spirit" out
Only whenI'm at home, can I relax for real both fysicaly and mentally

When I'm training I'm not bored at all (love the adrenaline), it's the starting that seem to be so hard

Bingo! That's exactly it. Once I get there, I am psyched and ready to go.....but the thought of packing my things, getting in my car, driving while I am relaxing gets me down. I would go straight from work, but I work an hour away and can't carry my stuff with me for 2 hours.

I either want to do something very fysicaly like MMA or BJJ or something where I have to learn a lot of new things like Kali or Shorinji Kempo
And for that I have to go to Amsterdam, I work at the outshirts of A'dam and live in Zaandam, a few miles nort of it, but do not hae a car so have to rely on public transport
I have to walk around for 1.5-2 hours before most trainings begin, thats 1 hour walking through streets were the shops are closed, that's boring and because you don't relax, wears you down (usually my shoulders are tyred as h**l)
