Really? Best in what way? My old Instructor was certified to teach it, so I trained its techniques here and there. I also attended a course he did over here a couple of years ago.

Its a synthesis of kick boxing and various forms of grappling. Some moves are a bit over acrobatic, but its ok I suppose. But best? That would depend on the individual. Its probably "best" for Erik.
