Question about Bush and Marijuana

Sorry about all the Marijuana threads, I'm sure most people in Martial Arts are disgusted by the habits of some of us druggies; but let me just ask one question.

Whats with all these "Just Say No" when Bush is President because if you get you're screwed? Is Bush planning on stricter laws and punishments? This is strange to me because I remember visiting my friend in Arizona and getting caught there is supposedly a big deal while in California you need to be caught with an ounce or something for it to even matter. I just figured the laws were different from state to state, can Bush actually change laws like this? Is this a federal or a state law? Anyone know?

Bush said he would introduce the death penalty for any one arrested for dealing dope and with more than one pound in their possession. Its mandatory life for lesser quantities.
You druggies should read the newspapers more.
