Two things were obvious after Lennox Lewis' six-round win over Vitali Klitschko on Saturday in Los Angeles: Lewis was lucky to keep his title, and now might be a good time for the 37-year-old champ to retire.
looks like your boy has wobbly legs and a weak chin...
Omg i cant believe they called they ended that fight because of his eye. he should be the new champ. i think lewis paid some people off or something. that guy had lewis if you ask me.
this could be a part of my signature: "Look at the state of his face! " thats' something lennox repeated over and over ..but eh.. i'll take the guy with a PHd and his opinion more .. clearly though klitschko was winning and now i don';t mind seeing Lennox getting beaten up. . .now it was either comical or arrogant for him to take the mic from larry merchant.. but i'll leave that to every one else
Steven Seagal is a loser. He was married to one of the prettiest women in show biz,Kelly LeBrock and he beat her.
That must take years of training to perfect that art.
I STARTED MARTIAL ARTS WHEN I BECAME A PRISON OFFICER.
I WORKED ON THE RESPONSE UNIT, SO WE HAD A FULL TIME INSTRUCTOR ON SHIFT EVERY DAY.OUR SHIFTS OVERLAPED SO WE WERE REQUIRED TO TRAIN AT LEAST 2 HOURS A DAY THAT WE WERE ON SHIFT.
AFTER 8 YEARS IN THE JOB I PAID OFF MY HOUSE, SO I QUIT.
NOW I TRAIN 6 DAYS A WEEK SOMETIMES UP TO 4 CLASSES A DAY.
IT HELPS TO KEEP YOU WIRED AND ALSO KEEPS THE FITNESS UP.

I think you'll find most teens & kids get involved for fitness, discipline and self-defense. Adults get into it for the same reasons plus stress release and associating with people like themselves.
Career wise, you find a huge variation of people in MA gyms; construction worker, police officer, college students, musicians and lawyers.
A person who joins a martial arts class and stays for a while is generally an open minded person, shows discipline and maybe courage, especially if sparring - you can't fake your way in an MA class, you either know it or you're learning.
After spending 8 hrs a day with folks who show the exact opposite traits, its probably a suitable after work environment. The office has a lot of smoke and mirrors but the gym has more blood and sweat
