      I believe Vancouver Canada has a "Fireball" tournament with youth vale tudo.

        The Amateur Pankration League in California has youth Pankration divisions. Much safer and controlled than MMA but the skills and techniques are simular.
        Next event is May 7th with 20 Youth divisions
