So ninjutsu involves weapons, do they also include locks and holds ? Because at my old gym my teacher teaches a class of Ninjutsu once a week, and he was teaching us locks and holds ?
"Be alert. Be alive in the moment. Don’t imagine anyone who comes and asks you to ‘push’ or ‘spar’ will keep to a format, or even stay barehanded" my ba gua teacher !!
Ninjutsu is basically average Japanese JuJutsu, with some poor japanese kobudo thrown in.
Now many mnay bujinkan practitioners will refute this view saying that their art is 'diferent to everything else' but believe me the only diference in kobudo is that it is more of a mish mash of techniques and not as good as traditional kobudo.
The H2H stuff isnt bad.
But there is alot of sh!t out there so be aware.
I trained in Bujinkan for a while and it was not all that impressive to me. Whatever floats ya boat though.
