I am thinking about changing my routine and taking few months of only muay thai and then few months of only BJJ and then few months of only boxing....and then keep repeating cycle. This way I am focused on one art at any given time. What are the ups or downs of doing this? Also, what would be ideal amount of time to spend in each art. I was thinking six months. The only down side I can see is that you may forget the stuff after 12 months.
