  • Double Leg Takedown

My friend is frustrated because he can't learn a double leg. He keeps binding his feet up (putting them behind one another).... I mean what the crap can I do to fix this? It's not a hard technique he just can't get it.

    He has weak legs too....

ok take your left leg andkneel on it and if you look from the side you right leg should make a perfect square or rectangle. so left leg looks like this. _l................. right leg should look like the diagonnal opposite of this.....L. now take you left leg and slide it foward so that your footing should be the the inverted opposite of what it was. now you left leg should be next to your opponents right leg. grab behind your opponents knees, lift and then push off with left-nonkneeling leg and push off directly to your right. and make sure your posture is right.
