how did he loose to Saku? I mean we are talking about a guy who TKO'ed Silva.. I don't understand how Saku out striked him but has so much trouble with Silva..

    /shrug

that's just how fights go, there's an infinite number of reasons. But all it comes down to is that one fighter had a good night, and another had a bad night.

Something happened to him, he either hurt his hand punching Saku's skull or just gassed.
To Saku's credit he did survive an early flurry and get a single leg takedown to control the first round. But in the second round Vitor seemed afraid to fight and kept butt flopping, don't know why. It was kind of pathetic actually. Not fun to watch at all. Vitor's legs were beet red bruised after that fight from getting kicked.

Vitor did take Silva out very quickly, I'm not sure he could do it again. I wish PRIDE would rematch these two or at least put Vitor against Quinton Jackson. Saku played around with Jackson when they fought but I don't think he'd beat him now.

Acording to Vitor He Broke his Hand During a flur of Strikes
And had knee Surgery 2 Weeks Prior to The Fight.

Sak Not only Out Struk him, He Jumped & Stompted his Head
Twice Used Spining Back Kicks Takedowns.

Vitor was force to stand up by the Ref several Times
But he new he was out classed that night & kep laying down.

Sak is a Great Fighter With alot of Health Problems.
But When U Smoke 2 Packs a Day & Drink as Much as Tank
Health can't be the 1st thing on Your Mind.

Vitor just made a Great Come Back Defeating
Marvin Eastman With Powerful Knee Strikes
I my Self Thought He Beat Chuck When They Fought.

I Would Like 2 see Him Fight The Winner of The Randy Tito Fight This Friday. I Think he deserves a Re-match With Randy.
But I Think Tito will Be going home Champ That Night.

Vitor Against Sak Would also Be a Great Re-match
If He can Solve this Funk he's is in.

i have to say on vitors day he can beat anybodoy. Nobody can trade punches with him.

          man hes fast....

but for some reason he always looses against the top fighters, which is nothing to be ashamed of.

I don't remember that Belfort was striked out. He just lost the control on the fight after two or three minutes.
It was surely the most "idiotic" fight he ever did. I would say he was completely unconcentrated; like he was thinking about another thing while fighting.
In a good shape he would not have big problemes with Saku, I guess.

my money is on vitor aswell, did u see what he did to that guy in UFC 43, he gave the guy such a big gash above his eye with hes punches. i dnt think even a axe could have done that much damage 2 his oponent.
