I am usually not one to say that I told you so. However, I told you that Jens would take care of business against Lewis. When I saw him fight Velasquez I was "stunned" at his all around abilities and, most importantly, his desire to win.

Bas said to me after that fight, "this guy will be the lightweight champion soon and hold it for a long time".

I am not suprised about Couture beating Randleman - this was a perfect example of Science (Randleman-roids) losing to Nature (Couture-natural conditioning).

I am jazzed about Babalu - I am training with Marco tomorrow morning and he'll be in a good mood now.
