Currently im going to bjj twice a week, working out twice a week, and doing other conditioning and bag work once or twice a week.
I can tell that twice a week at bjj is not gonna be enough so i need advice. Would it be better in the long run if I go to bjj 4 times a week and work out once a week or go to bjj 3 times a week and work out twice a week.
