Anyone else feel that his punch flurry style of boxing that we recently saw utilized by Sak's soon-to-be-bitch Ryan Gracie are 100%, pure BS. While I believe Vitor's flurry on Tank and Ryan's on Kendo Kashin [I don't know his real name, just his pro-wrestling name, but you guys know who I'm talking about] were good stoppages by the ref, most of Vitor's flurries were harmless it looked like. Against Scott Ferrezzo where Ferrezzo was still ready to go and he even was going to pick up Vitor after the stoppage. Against Silva it was a horrible stoppage and Silva himself looked baffled in Big John's decision. I didn't see the fight with Sakuraba, but it sounded like the ref didn't stop the fight during Vitor's initial flurry and then Sak "survived" it and went on to win. Please keep in mind I'm not trolling and I haven't seen these fights in a while, and I hate Silva so I wouldn't really be defending him just for the sake of defending him, but Vitor's love taps didn't look like they can knockout a great Thai Kickboxer.

I think, at least in the case of the Silva fight, he look baffled because he was knocked stupid. Vitor caught him with 2 or 3 SOLID boxing punches before Silva began backpedaling. Vitor then employed more flurry types of punches but that's probably because it's hard to throw boxing punches while you are literally running across the cage after your opponent.

In the case of the Tank fight though I think I know what you are saying. Vitor never really seemed to land any big bombs. He was all over Tank so you would think he had the opportunity to do so, but although his punches were very fast he never really clubbed Tank. But didn't Tank shake Vitor's hand after that fight? Maybe he hits harder than it looks.

The Ferrozo fight was kinda BS I thought. He looked stunned but he was obviously able to continue fighting, at least from what I saw.

Silva was knocked silly! Vitor was all over him and at the end Silva wasn't putting up any kind of a defense at all.

Those guys were so unaffected by Vitor's punches that they were all knocked down. And yeah, Ferrozzo was going to make a come back lying on his stomach while Vitor rained punches on his head.

Vitor Belfort is the exact reason I think Mike Tyson would be charged with murder if he ever fought NHB.
