i love these guys that come in here as a self proclaimed master and state to everyone "shut up because my art is superior"
it's not the style my friend, but the practioner. if you can't see things that are useful and blend all styles together then what good are you?
first off K1 isn't muay thai(no elbows to the head? c'mon!) , and niether is UFC, in fact i think everyone would agree UFC is pretty much BJJ, maybe MMA if anything....
Guro Inasontos i think has studied the arts you have in question, and for a 67 year old to find value in both says something...
all of these threads need to die, there are NOT superior arts. Espeically if you're comparing the McDojo schools against another. and that's practically an epidemic....
