Awright, I was kicking the bag and my shins were hurting, but not really too badly, it even felt like they were beginning to get tougher... then all of a sudden I take about 3 days off, and now they hurt, even if I just barely graze the bag, a large amount... it isn't my shins, because I jump 5 rounds and job before bag work. Any ideas as to what the hell's up with my shins?
