    I don't take Muay Thai I take Jujitsu, but I believe jujitsu is great, nice throws and self defense, but it definately lacks the strike aspect. So i figured I would ask you guys.

    I was wondering if you guys do anything with the punching bag, like what specific things do you train using the punching bag and for how long?

    At the moment, I just to round kicks or mawashi geris, and then to some fast punching. Then I do some block block punch things, kindof like what you would do with a wooden dummy, I do all this for about 20minutes.

    So what do you guys do when you get in front of a heavy bag?

    The traditional workout is 500 kicks with each leg.
    That should be enough to keep you busy.
