Ok, you all know I can be somewhat fanatically loyal to the Thai arts, so I will try to make this as neutral as possible.

is there anyone here who practices Krabi-krabong and or Lerdrit?

I have been doing quite a bit of research about some of the techniques in Lerdrit and Krabi-Krabong but I have no way of practicing these techniques.

Throws and ground work in both Krabi-Krabong and lerdrit, has anyone here had first hand experience using these techniques? I have experienced certain throws and techniques from MeMai Muay Thai (Muay Boran) but as I am learning more about Krabi-Krabong it seems there are some things I havnt quite yet learned. Lerdrit, I have never practiced this form of Muay Thai but I hear its quite simple to learn....

...anyone with any experience within either of these? links for information? thanx
