My 4th in total last night, I won. It was tough, I got it on digital camera, or someone from the gym did so you will all be able to see me in action some day next week lol

I was totally relaxed, I actually felt like I was really enjoying the build up to it and then when it happend i just couldnt believe how relaxed i was..... I even laughed at the guy when he clearly connected with a nice roundkick to my thigh, I can just about walk today!!! (I was complimented and told I fought like a Thai, sure we'll see once I anylise the vid)

I am well pleased with my performance, the other guy was a little heavier than me and bloody tough, he would not go down, damn I just picked at his right side with kicks to his abs and thigh then in clinch didnt waste any time with uncontrolled knees or messy technique and got good nice clean knee's, left and right, into his torso, the guy would not drop! no matter what i done he would not drop and the hits were fecking hard! he would not go down.

Well you will see it soon, my left leg is feckin sore, after the fight I was laughing at everything then looked at my toes and three of them turned pure white, wierd, I could walk but when I sat down for 20 minutes then got up to try and get a bottle of water I could just about move! haha.

Guys I fucking loved it and cant wait to get in again. Its a far cry from the sorry performance of my first nerve driven fight, damn I got a hiding that time.

woohoo! mate dont be scared, its a lot of bullshit being scared as after it mate you'll wonder what all the worrying was about! haha, if you love Thaiboxing then you are doing something you love, right? getting in there and fighting Thaiboxing.... so what the feck! just enjoy it mate, bounce on in there with a big smile and have a great time, so what if you get KO'd or hurt, man you'll repair..... I just wish I had've known all this when I had my first fight. Just smile and remember you are doing what you love to do so enjoy it.... that fight was the most enjoyable one I have had, not that i had many, because of the attitude I carried with me into the ring. Laugh when he hurts you! **** it, just enjoy it.

I cant wait to hear the results.

      when is it again!

also a little thing you could read up on is adrenal medulla, it may help you understand whats happening with your nerves before hand, better understanding of adrenalin then gives you more control over your fears!
