So i got jumped by 2 guys tonight

Walking back to my car from breakdance practice tonight. Two guys, shaved heads, and about the same size as me thought something in my backback had something to tickle their fancy. Well a cut lip and 1 sore shin later and i still have all of my stuff. a back fist and a few round houses to their knees ended it pretty quickly with them hobbling away and my face bleeding like hell. 2 months in muay thai/kick boxing has paid off. Thumbs up to MT

They hadn't shaved their heads at all. Babies don't have any hair!

Good stuff, Muay Thai has it's place, and I beleive it to be a fine art. One I'm proud to say I train in, but I'm yet to come to blows outside the ring with the art. So reading about other people using it is immense, Nice one!

LMAO Anucha, that reminds me of that scuffle that Tyson got into a few months ago. Two guys and a woman tried to intimidate Tyson outside the hotel he was staying at. He didn't waste any time. Heard that the fight moved into the hotel lobby where the camera caught Tyson taking off his jacket and began pummeling the guys that attacked him. One of them kicked out a rod from a bike rack? and tried to use it against him.

One of the guys ran and the one with the rod ended up at the hospital.

Dude does you coach not get fights matched up for you guys?

Just go running everyday, 5 miles or whatever. And train "HARDER" then ask you coach to match you up with someone and then fight.

Theres not many people at my training spot, no more than 7 and 1/2 of them are girls. Usually its just me and the trainer sparring, and theres no ring. Do gyms who have rings generally hold matches every so often? Or should i go talk to my trainer about finding me a match?

When we spar its usually only for 6 or 9 minutes with only gloves. I get a pretty good feeling of getting my ass whooped on a general basis, because the trainer like to bring full on assaults on my weak points. So im usually carrying around 1 or more black eyes, aching ribs, shins, and jaw. and hes not afraid to make me bleed, as im not afraid to anyways. The difficulty with it though is the class is more of a "Street" style. Which means were trained to attack vital area points whenever the target opens, ie; eyes, groin, throat, etc...So if i get in a match, and i forget im in a match, i might throw one of those attacks and seriously hurt someone by accident. I think im just going to talk to him about it and see what he says, Thanks Anucha

Heh, reminds me of my trainers trainer. My trainers, trainer used to go overboard on the training night before my trainers fight, and my trainer often went to his fights wasted from training.
Well after awhile my trainer got pretty pissed off about it, so next time he tried to do it, my trainer just did Judo on his ass, a nice pull throw with his foot right on his balls (like the Ken/Ryu throw from streetfighter).
Well he started doing alright at his fights now, and ended up becoming the lightweight champ of New Zealand, and at one time Australia.

But seriously, if your ever in a situation where you trainer is injurying you before a fight, then just find another one, or do Judo on his ass .
