Kickboxing Gym or classes Tampa

Can anyone recommend a kickboxing gym in Tampa, FL?

Looking for something with instruction that can/is geared toward beginners but also for advanced eventually. One that is not just an aerobic gym, but lets you spare.

Look up Master Mehrdad's Shin Do Kumate. I have no personal knowledge of the school, but have heard some good things.
