I was taking kickboxing classes for a few months... But the instructor moved out of the area. I have a semi good understanding of the basics pushes and kicks. What I would like to know is if anyone knows and good website that I can go to for good training programs that I can do on my own. Basically I want to learn so of the elbow and knee moves as well as practice more of the basic pushes and kicks. Like how many i should do it a set. Also what type of basic exercises should I be doing for stretching and strength?
