Repetition on the heavy bag! If you dont have a heavy bag get one they are a complete necessity!

The front lead kick you are talking about is your tep?

Im right footed myself, but have been told my left round kicks sharp shins and teps are stonger than my left.

Wat i do with my lead tep is before spearing it forward i hit the ground first to double the speed and power!

Plus alot of pratice makes perfect techniques!

      Goodluck Joe!

Just keep kicking with good form, and the power will come. But you must have the form down, if not you will develop bad habbits that will not be easily broken, and your kick will not have any power.

          jonny m ,
you say left kick but you dont say which kick?

there are a number of factors that apply to a good kick, you need to describe in more detail?
