There is a pruduct called 'No B.O.' labeled by Everlast which I use. Spray it in there good once/week. I've also used household disinfectants - they work well ,but I worry that they may damage the glove over time.
Gloves Dogs from Ringside work well also. One of my students had a pair for about 7 months and they reeked! I got him a pair of glove dogs and they took the odor out very quickly. If you don't know, they are two felt baggies filled with cedar chips or something and joined by a strap so you just put each end in your gloves after training and leave them there til the next time. They soak up the moisture and leave them non-stinky. They cost about $10, so pretty cheap! There are other methods of course, but i have had luck with these over the years.
