Can someone who has trained at the Fairtex camp near Bangkok tell me what´s the atmosfere like at the camp? Mostly foreigners or mostly Thais training there? Are most of the foreigners there really serious about training or are they mostly on an extended holiday? Are there many bars and discos near the camp that could lead to a loss of focus on training? Is the training though or watered down to suit lazy foreigners staying at the camp?

    Fairtex Bkk Rep

Fairtex has a reputation for being a FARANG camp. I was told to stay very far away by just about every Thai and foreign fighter I ever met. If you want tourist training that costs a lot of $ then by all means go there. So NO, I never trained there and basically I have my head up my ass about it ( but at least i am man enough to admit it).

or try to get in contact with Sangtien Noi's camp (ask John Wayne Parr through his website)

Sityodthong gym in Pattaya is very good also and has produced more champions than anybody.
