Hey everyone i'm new to the forum as well as a beginner in Muay Thai. I was hoping if anyone out there could give me some advice on training and conditioning when not in class. I'm a consultant so i tend to travel on business quite a bit and I don't want to be stuck at beginner level everytime i come back to the gym. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated! I agree quite completely with the whole skipping process it's taking me a while to grasp! How long should i practice with the jump rope though? My reason for asking is due to a minor patellar tendon injury(jumper's knee) that i acquired while practicing Shaolin. I don't want to aggreviate that injury and be out of practice indefinitly. Thanks again in advance!
