I think one of Wil's problems in Utah is that he has such a strong bond of loyalty to Professor Sauer, and between the MTIK and UCTC it is awful difficult to draw a large enough pool of students to support yourself.

I don't think the tie to Professor Sauer is a bad thing at all, don't read that inot my statement, but Wil's loyalty to him will keep him from competing against Professor Sauer in what is realistically a small market here in SLC. And the number of students that MTIK and UCTC draw further limits the areas that you can compete in here in SLC.

In California, Wil would have a population base that is large enough that he can open a school that is relatively close to Guro Inosanto and still not compete directly with Guro Inosanto. The cost of living is on a completely different scale, but his opportunities for success in California are on an equally different scale.

I think its a good move for him.

And the banning of the Wai Kru here in Utah has to chip at his a$$.
