  • Flexibility?

    I want to be able to do the splits or close to it, kinda a good way to know your legs can kick high. What are some good routines to boost flexibility in the legs?

    persistance and making sure YOU STRETCH AFTER YOU WORKED OUT/TRAINED.

      Go to www.houseofpain.com and look at the article titled. The art of flexibility. It is a little more info than I gave scott Kano in this thread on flexibility.

      Good luck.

      With enough time you can do the splits in a month or so.
