I had a similar situation while I was in HS. There was this huge farm-boy, and I mean huge. When we were freshmen, he was already the most built guy in the entire school. Working on a farm kept him in really good shape. He was also a wrestler, and went to state championships for swimming.
I've seen him go down twice. The first time was one of the funniest things I've ever seen. We were outside, and he started to pick a fight with a little 130lb kid in our class, and started chasing him. the little guy ran and every few feet picked up an apple (there were apples all over the ground) and would throw the apple as hard as he could and hit the big guy in the face, start running again, pick up and throw an apple, etc. This went on for about 1/2 hour before the big bully guy was out of breath, covered in apples and bruises, and he got laughed home. Noone would help him catch the litte dude because he really did look rediculous getting schooled like that.
The second time we were in the halls, and he said something like he was going to take me out, or something. So I called him on it, and said "give me your best shot". He tried hitting me so hard, that I could see it coming from miles away. I just push blocked it. I thought I was going to have to do more. But he had tried hitting me so hard that he was way off balance. That little push block had him stumbling for about 10 feet when he then hit a locker. I chased him to the locker where I grabbed his head and banged it against the lockers several times. And then several more.
We became very good friends after that. Best friends perhaps.
This bully was huge, and could easily have outmuscled anyone in my HS, but the point is, he didn't. His strength never came into play either of those two fights. In both of the fights that he lost, they were to a smaller, much faster opponent. Size by itself does not matter. Both of these fights were won by the most determined person.
There used to be a guy named scrawny at our school, too. This guy weighed about 100lbs fully clothed. He really is a homely kid. Another buddy of mine. He would get picked on all the time for being grubby. But this 100lb kid could fight. The first week he came to school he was in 9 fights. He didn't start even one of them, but he won every single on. He was underestimated for being skinny, grubby, and kinda homely.
You cant underestimate people. Saying that the other person is only "a flabby fat shit" can only lead to negative thinking. I have seen several "Flabby Fat" people regularly knock people out. If they're going to fight you, you have to assume that they are going to try their hardest to hurt you. Everyone is capable of inflicting severe pain.
Your best hope is that they are underestimating you.

Don't look at biceps when you're throwing punches The only punch that uses them is the uppercut...If this guy is way bigger you don't stand much of a chance even with training and 2 months of muay thai isn't that much. Besides we don't know if this guy knows any martial arts. If you have to fight I recommend NOT to grapple because without training it's the strongest man that wins

One big guy that's really strong is Bob " The beast" Sapp, I don't know how it's possible to hurt him. Even with a lot of pratice, this guy is a monster.
Even Kimo got his ass kick with no problem against him.

You're too skinny, you don't have enough body hair (testosterone deficiency, maybe?), you got some strangely shaped, ugly lesions on the skin of your arm that you should have a dermatologist remove (looks like an airplane going down in flames) and you'll never be able to see your opponent with that white box of generic breakfast cereal stuck on your face.

Mebbe you should just pay these guys some money every couple of days so they'll leave you alone...

Best way to get rid of a bully is to break his nose, make him bleed, then snap his knee!...By the time he recovers from his injuries you will have been expelled and forced to go to an inner-city school full of degenerates, who probably won't graduate anyway!...Good Luck with your career at McDonalds!

And yes...I want fries with that...Bitch!

I don't know about all that. Minotauro Noguera did a pretty good job of hurting him. So did Ernesto Hoost. Kimo would have if pride hadn't given Sapp an extra long rest after the first period. They all had to survive the onslaught at the beginning of the fight before they could generate any kind of an effective offense. Irregardless, any guy that can destroy you with one shot is very dangerous.

Size really don't matter if u have the determination u will win. My advice instead of puching at him try to punch through him. It's like that guy who can bend frying pans and put nails through 2X4s it's all in determination. Forget what u think u can do and just let your body take over.

You may also want to get a good background on some grappling techniques.

One of my friends - 180lb dude of combat conditioned muscle and he's a blackbelt in karate (not that Im a karate fan - i'm a MT guy).

Anyway, he fought this dude at a bar - who was about 140lbs. He had him in a full mount, reigning punches down on the dude... UNTIL, the lil guy caught a punch and turned it straight into an armbar ...

My bud was like "ok ok ok OKAY i give up i give up" then was like "thanks for not breaking my arm man" and they shook hands and bought each other beers - good sportsmanship huh?

Anyway ... just saying that its not a bad idea to have a good background in some sorta grappling. You never know when it'll save you.

Other than that, do what everyone has suggested. TRAIN TRAIN TRAIN.

Good luck /w those bullies - don't take any of their crap and don't be stupid about it either. It's not worth it goin down or goin to jail / gettin charged for idiots like that.
