Ive only watched 2 out of the whole tape series- equipment and defense. I must say Duke provides a 5 course meal in a 5 course restaurant. He covers such a diverse amount of techniques, strategies, and means fo training it will take me a long time and probably viewing his tapes for a long while to come to digest everything. his teaching style is simple and straightforward and the sheer density, common sense approach, and easy way he gets his ideas aross make this tape series worth buying. to explain indiividual technical aspects of the breakdown of techs I wd go with Surachai's Sirisutes 2 tapes but the rest I would take from these tapes. This is by far the best all around muay thai series Ive ever seen. I like many of the others on the market like Michalowski, Bustillo, Pudpad Noy Worawoot, Master K, Vut Kamnark,Rob Kaman and some others but this series by Duke Roufus is head and shoulders above the rest.He covers each aspect of thai boxing methodically and comprehesively The quality of instruction, variety, ease of viewing, and shher amount of information makes these tapes worth every penny. I will post more as I see more tapes...
