  • What does the word "teep" mean

I'm new take it easy. What does teep mean?

  • #2
push kick, with the nose of your feet.(between sole and fingers)
used to push away opponents or "stab" if you're advanced

might i add, a very dangerous but simple kick, when used in trainning or sparring, mind you, not too hard on your partners. i once "teeb" a friend not at full force but just hard enough on the upper abdomen, he fell to the ground and puked. so becareful with your partners.
