Hello all.
I've been askin' around about gyms and one helpful fellow mentioned something very interesting which may very well make my decision on which gym to join.
I have two gyms in mind and one has a hardwood floor and the other a matted/canvased floor. I was leaning toward the gym with the hardwood floor but now I'm worried that jumping and moving around on that type of surface will really hurt my feet/soles and affect my overall training.
What do you people think, should I be concerned?
