Hey there
can anyone tell me where i can buy master skens beginner to advanced dvd in australia
i have looked on his website but he doesnt sell that one anymore
i looked on ebay and all the ones i found dont ship to australia
after training with a guy last week who trained MT for 20 years in the UK it really opened my eyes up to the different styles of training and conditioning and i think skens dvds along with some other good instructionals will be a good addition to my training by broadening warm ups, stretching, technique etc
