Any good kickboxing instructional dvds?

I am wanting to learn the basics on kickboxing, can someone please reccomend a good dvd training system?

Do you mean kickboxing as in western kickboxing meaning that there only kicks above the waist, the kicks are snap kicks not full power shin kicks like muay thai, they utilize more traditional karate/tkd kicking with front, roundhouse(w/top of the foot), back, crescent, spinning and side kicks.

Their hands are more boxing, there are no knees, elbows, and clinches like in muay thai. Try www.centuryfitness.com, click media and click kickboxing or muay thai depending on what you want under vhs/dvd.

You could also click extreme and get Pat Militech's dvds on striking or Bas Rutten's they're mma, but they have instructionals purely on striking too.
