I am really curious to know how Dutch muay thai fighters train and hoping someone on here is from Holland and might have some first hand experience.
I would love to know a detailed workout program for someone like Ramon Dekker (e.g., weights, pads, heavy bag, sparring, etc.). Also, Dutch fighters have such as reputation as excellent kickboxers, I wonder how their training differes from typical American training (e.g, do dutch spar more often, etc.).
If you from Holland and not sure, maybe you could even get in contact with some well known local gyms and just ask questions?
