This guy has a great school and students and he really knows lots !
A student of Grandmaster Chai since late 80's, and certified since early 90's.
Holds a great thai class on sunday's at niyama center, with drills and combos and some sparring and grappling and groundwork.
Students really seem to be well rounded from the training, and a great facility and environment to train in !

Kru Sosa has competed nationally and internationally as well and took the 92' and 93' welterweight and middleweight championship title's.

Aikido at Niyama Center for martial arts with Sensei John Sosa

Sensei John Sosa, who is the youngest son of the late Shihan Bill Sosa, who started the International Aikido Association in Dallas Texas in the early 70's.
Sensei Sosa has extensive knowledge of Aikido and Muay Thai as well as basic groundwork and grappling.
He has been teaching in the dallas metroplex since the ealy 90's.
He comes from a long lineage of martial artist's and has been practicing the arts since a very early age !
His classes are very thourough, and he takes great care and attention with each one of his students!
Mr. Sosa also owns and teaches the International Aikido Assoc. along with Sensei Rick Sosa (brother).
