Muay Thai in Charlotte NC
I am in a desperate search for a Muay Thai School or Individual in Charlotte North Carolina. We seem to have every other style from all origins except for Muay Thai.We do have a few schools that specialize in other styles but"also teach Kickboxing".No, see, I'm looking for somebody that knows all aspects of the sport and are able to train for competition Thai Boxing. Any help here would be great. Thanks!!

Well, I am currently training in Thai Boxing and various other arts at Scott Shield's Martial Arts Academy in Charlotte. I have been training there since mid September, and my skills have improved a good bit. There is also another school, Black Belt USA, that is roughly located in the same area as Shield's school. Black Belt is a Taekwondo/Muay Thai school. The instructor there is a fifth dan master in Taekwondo and is a certified instructor in Muay Thai under the Thai Boxing Association of America. Eight Limb Fight Club which is taught by Kru Armlin. He's been to Thailand on multiple occasions and stayed for extended amounts of time to hone his art to a fine edge. He's a Marine and a policeman here in Charlotte who is raring to share his technique with eager and interested students.
