Hi all, I'm new here. You can see my introduction here.
I've been informally training with some friends at school and was wondering if y'all had some advice as to what kinds of drills we can do with our limited amount of equipment. Seeing as how we're all poor college students, it's difficult to acquire more. There are about 4 of us.
Here's what I got:
- 2 thai pads
- 2 focus mits
- bag gloves for all
- jump ropes for all
There are also two heavy bags in the room we use at school, but I am hesitant to use them, seeing as how we have to share them with whoever happens to wander in.
So far I've been having half work on the mits, half on the pads and then switch, but I'm very interested in drills that use 1 mit, 1 pad. I'm also expecting more people to join up. Suggestions?
