Registerd "deadly Weapons" Where?

I too have registered my hands as deadly weapons. I felt it was the only ethicla thing to do, considering my prowess at Wing Chun. I got a plastic card proving my dangerous skills and have shown it to people many times. Without fail they slowly walk away, and many of them refuse to talk to me again.
