Stretching Equipment?

Anyone have any experience with stretching equipement such as http://www.karatedepot.com/tr-st-06.html

Is it worth purchasing if I'm looking to improve my stretching?

I will be very, very surprised if that is a worthwhile purchase. But by all means do as you will. Run a search for wall splits on here and do those instead, cheaper and better.

Id expect you to damage yourself quite badly with that thing

Why would I damaga myself? You can start at your own pace and then lenghten the strecth as you get more flexible.

Ill reword that.
I would damage myself on it. Because i would keep extending it until the pain stopped me, then push it a little further.

Really tho, wall splits all the way
