Tactical Defense is the BEST. Second best is Elite Muay Thai, which is Aaron Haynes who teaches out of the Tucson Racquet and Fitness Club. Boxing Inc is okay if you want to spend a lot of money and sign contracts. The one on Ina is better than the one on Stone. I think Ultima teaches Muay Thai as well. Hope this helps.

yeah i really liked tactical defense, Dayton is a great teacher, and a hell of a nice guy....I did try elite muay thai also, wasnt to impressed with it though, not enough one on one training, in my opinion...as far as boxing inc..that is my next stop, unfortunatly untill i get my drivers license back, everything else is just to far for me to get to.....thanks for the input....by the way, where do you trian at??????????

I train in MMA once a week in this dude's garage (he's awesome) and I was training in FMA but it's on hiatus for now and I wanted to train with Dayton but can only make once a week so their monthly fee is kind of out of my price range.

I'm a big fan of the local taijutsu school and did their WSD seminar and I want to do some of their weapons training, too.

I'm trying to figure out what to supplement MMA with but have been so swamped with working two jobs and starting school again that I may just do MMA for a while. Mostly I have been working on physical conditioning (www.crossfit.com) so I'll be conditioned TO do whatever I end up training in once my schedule frees up. I was very very impressed with Dayton. Not so much with Boxing Inc, but what do I know. I only sat in on one class.

yeah Dayton was is the best, ive heard a lot of really good things about Boxing inc, a lot of fighters out of there, from what i understand, im gonna check it out and see how it feels before i get to judgemental....but yeah, ive been doing the same(conditioning, working on speed and stanima) its hard, being that im impatient to compete, but patience makes you a better fighter...talk to you later...
